WE ARE ALL GUILTY

Buying water or drinks in plastic bottles.

Not caring about whether we would recycle them.

Being lazy to bring our own reusable containers.

Our Mission Statement

We teenagers are the next stake holders of the earth, we have no option but to change our water culture.

Our U.S. water supply currently provides water standards that are very safe in most areas. In addition we have affordable filtration systems that are in our homes or are portable.

The current plastic bottles are NOT OK.

Our goal is to promote a positive drinking water culture at our high schools. We want to educate students about their water supplies and the value of hydration. We also want to step up efforts for clean, good working order fountains, more reusable bottles and, provide enough recycling containers to accomodate bottles and cans in our schools.

Our Pledge

We pledge when possible to use tap water and recyclable water containers.

We pledge to make all efforts to recycle aluminum and plastic bottles.

We pledge to support legislation that will control the safety, quality and quantity of our water resources.
